Olga Vlaselik


Olga is a professional violin teacher from Belarus. She completed her Master’s Degree from The Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts in 2007.   She was a Member of The European Youth Orchestra conducted by Julian Gibbons and she won several prizes from Jazz improvisation and regional competitions.  She also took part in international festivals in France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Italy.

Over the last decade, Olga has been working as a violinist, violin and piano teacher, arranger, choral singer and session musician with jazz bands in Belarus and the AE, and more recently joined Dubai Chamber Orchestra and UAE National Symphonic Orchestra.

Since 2014 she has been teaching violin and piano in Dubai but her experience in teaching for about more than 10 years.  Olga’s students have completed in International Competitions (Singapore, Serbia, UAE, Canada) and her students also achieve good marks in the examinations they enter (including ABRSM and Trinity College London).

Olga is truly passionate about teaching.  She has an individual approach to each student and she believes that music (especially playing an instrument) besides enhancing emotional, spiritual and cognitive development, also helps to nurture a creative and harmonious personality.
